Ingredients:
- 2 oz Casa Xamu Espadín Salvaje mezcal
- 4 oz ginger ale
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- Dehydrated orange slice
- Rosemary sprig for garnish
Preparation:
