Mango Tonic is born from the meeting of the tropics and mezcal land. It is a cocktail that evokes hot afternoons, shared laughter, and the freshness of natural ingredients. The combination of mango juice and tonic with the character of Espadín creates a refreshing, aromatic, and modern experience, without losing the artisanal essence of Casa Xamu. The ritual of releasing the oils from the mint leaves transforms each sip into a moment of connection with nature.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Espadín Casa Xamu mezcal
- 2 oz fresh mango juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz natural syrup
- Tonic water
- Ice
- Rosemary sprig for garnish
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
- Mint leaves to release oil
Preparation:
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add Espadín Casa Xamu mezcal, mint macerate, mango juice, lime juice, natural syrup, and tonic water.
- Stir gently.
- Release the oil from the mint leaves by rubbing them around the rim of the glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig.
