Brisa Xamu was created as a tribute to the golden sunsets over agave fields. It’s our Oaxacan spritz: joyful, bubbly, and full of character. Prosecco and Aperol bring the celebration, but Espadín mezcal keeps us grounded. It’s perfect for sharing, toasting, and letting time stand still for a moment.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Casa Xamu Espadín mezcal
- 2 oz prosecco
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- ½ oz Aperol
- Ice
- Orange slice for garnish
Preparation:
1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add the mezcal, prosecco, orange juice, and Aperol.
3. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
